Quiet Passions

When you cast this spell, the target must succeed at a Resolve check, or their passions become muted, and they feel a degree of apathy or sorrow. The effect depends on the Power of the spell:

• Power 0: The target suffers -Advantage on Wits and Resolve checks.
• Power 1: The target suffers -Advantage on Attack rolls.
• Power 2: The target suffers

• Upgrades: The target is Power + 1 individuals in range. The duration is based on Power as follows:
  • Power 0: 1 round
  • Power 1: 1 minute
