When you cast this spell, if your Effect Roll overcomes the targets' Resolve, or their passions become muted, and they feel a degree of apathy or sorrow. The effects, which are cumulative, depend on the Power of the spell.

- Power 0: The targets suffer -Advantage on Wits and Resolve checks.
- Power 1: The targets suffer -Advantage on Attack rolls.
- Power 2: Charm, fear, and morale effects on the targets are suppressed. If the target is hostile to any creatures, it becomes indifferent instead. This indifference ends if the targets are attacked.
- Power 3: The targets are Dazed.
- Power 4: The targets' Speed becomes 0.
- Power 5: The targets are Stunned as well as immune to Charm and Fear.
