The First Age was preceded by the Lost Age and succeeded by the Gilded Age.

Key Events

  • Bastion appears, marking the beginning of the age.
  • The Titan War: The Lords of Necessity wage war against the titans, after allying with some natives of the universe, including dragons.
  • The Binding: After their victory, the Lords of Necessity begin to imprison the titans and all other source of Fury power. Some key allies were made into servants of the Lords of Necessity called amortals.
  • Integration: Once The Binding was concluded, the Lords of Necessity and their amortals began to craft The Integrum, an ordered vision of the world to replace the primordial chaos of the world of the titans. This is when the mortal realms and divine realms were created.

While time as it is reckoned by modern mortals did not exist during the First Age, it is generally believed by scholars to have lasted for two or three millenia.
