The rise of the Nor was not a singular, discrete event. Rather it was a process where the Template:Category Paragons Race from the original Mortal Realm fractured into the Nor of the Shard of Acrolon during The Shattering.
Lore
The rise is not well documented or understood, due largely to the chaos of The Shattering. It has been studied scholars throughout the Shattered Age, but much of that lore was lost or corrupted during the Dark Age.
Timeline
The rise is thought to have started during The Shattering, in 0 SC. By the year 10 SC, the Nor were the fully adapted from their Template:Link Paragon Race origins.
