Telar (Foundertongue) are the most common form of Servitor serving the Grand Design of Form. They exist in the Shards as the genius loci of the many regions that constitute the Shard. Within the bounds of the Telaric territory, the Telar mediates the Form of The Integrum, like a local governor of natural laws.
