Sindra (High Nor, born Aemilia Tulliana Quarta) was a Nor woman from a village in Malocia in the Shattered Age (then called Tjorhof). She was one of the Heroes of Bloodstone during the events of the Butcher of Bloodstone. She later became the vicaria of Tjorhof. She ruled for an unnatural span before performing Sindra's March, during which she was killed.
